Family friendly small hotel with nice staff. Nice pool area. You can eat at the hotell and the dishes are so good. You have to cross a major street to come to the beach so if you have small children it can be difficult or you can take a tuk tuk or taxi. Located in quiet area. Big and very clean room.

Clean room that seems to have been recently upgraded, including a comfy single bed and a ceiling fan 🌟. Conveniently located right next to the train station, and easy to reach, close to a big shopping center.

The swimming pool
1. The distance to the beach 2. The dirtyness of bedsheets (very smelly)

Staff of the hotel is very friendly & always ready to help. Hotel is located in a very quite street, away from the noise, but no problem to reach town centre by tuk-tuk or taxi.
For me it was quite far from the beach... Though only 10 min on foot.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel tucked away in a quiet alley just outside of the bustling city center. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the BLÚPORT shopping mall, making it convenient to explore and shop. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every need was met. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail throughout the hotel, especially in the well-appointed rooms on the upper floors. The rooms were spacious and had a nice balcony, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or simply taking in the surroundings. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast, with freshly made eggs on demand. It was a great start to the day, and the perfect fuel for exploring the city.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful.

Friendly owner and staff. Very safe place with security at night, food very food too.
Location is good down a quiet soi, road at the end is main road through hua hin and can get extremely busy, can wait a while just to cross over to get to the beach! A very minor negative however!

The Prinz Garden Villa was a great value! Location was good, although we did have a car to drive around Hua Hin. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The garden and swimming pool were nice. We really liked how quiet and peaceful it was in the evening. Breakfast which was included was quite good and we ordered many different dishes all ala carte (I like that it was freshly prepared and not buffet style as the food tastes better). I sat out of the balcony early in the second day to listen to all the birds singing in the garden and surrounding area. It was blissful for a big city dweller like me.

The gardens and pool were fantastic and very relaxing , a quiet location close to public transport and an easy walk to beach. It was in a good location as well and the staff very friendly and helpfull , the food good as well , simple but nice. The room was a good size with beautiful relaxing large balcony. We will definitely stay here again.
The only thing was it did not have a safe in the room and the Entrance to Hotel is a bit off putting , but once inside the gardens and pool made up for it.

Well designed and maintained with frjendly and efficient service. Nice big and clean rooms. Good swimming pool. Stayed 7 days. Would recommend it. Main road that you have to cross to go to beach and to city is busy and horribly polluted by 2 stoke engine fumes, pity but thats Thailand.

Friendly and supportive staff. Quiet place where you could relax. Good cuisine + cooking class available on site. WiFi.
Not in the walking distance to the city centre however everything easily achievable by Tuk-tuks.
